Meet Renee

“Real estate isn’t just transactions — it’s helping families find the place where their story unfolds. This community is where mine did.”

Renee McArdle is all in on Sonoma County and as a team member at LivXplore Real Estate and Lifestyle. After building her real estate foundation with a top-ranked team in Lake Tahoe, she has made the move to LivXplore — bringing her sharpened skills, deep local roots, and full-time focus to the community she and her husband John have called home for over two decades. Petaluma and Sonoma County aren’t just her market — they’re where she lives, where she volunteers, and where she’s raising her three teenage boys.

Before real estate, Renee spent years as a sales leader in the healthcare industry, negotiating high-stakes contracts and guiding teams through complex, fast-moving environments. Those skills — precision, persistence, and the ability to navigate difficult deals — translate directly into exceptional representation for her buyers and sellers. When you work with Renee at LivXplore Real Estate and Lifestyle, you’re working with someone who doesn’t just know the market — she knows the neighbors.

WHAT SETS HER APART

• Masterful Negotiator: Honed over a career negotiating healthcare contracts at the highest level, Renee brings sharp, strategic negotiating skills to every transaction.
• Community Insider: Over two decades of fundraising, volunteering, and showing up for Sonoma families gives Renee an unmatched understanding of what makes
this community special.
• Proven Sales Leadership: Having led high-performing teams and driven results in competitive industries, Renee knows how to guide clients through complex processes with confidence and clarity.

LIFE IN SONOMA

Renee is as local as it gets. You’ve probably already spotted her around town — on the baseball, football, and soccer fields, cheering from the pool deck at AC Swim Team meets, and lending a hand at school and sports fundraisers for every program their three boys have been
involved in.

The McArdle’s are fully immersed in the Sonoma lifestyle — surfing the coast, skiing the Sierras, and always exploring new things to do locally. Their beloved Bernese Mountain Dog, Sierra, brings a whole lot of joy (and fur) to the family.
