Meet Deb

Deb Cheda has found her forte, and it is real estate. Deb's varied past has helped her achieve success over her productive 25+ year career. Deb has found herself in the Top Producer and Chairman's Circle at her former Broker, Frank Howard Allen and is proud to continually rank as one of the most prolific agents in her region.

Deb began her professional career as a legal secretary and thrived in the legal atmosphere for 12 years before meeting and marrying her husband Randy Cheda. Helping her husband manage his trucking business and raising two beautiful children, Angela and Ryan, kept Deb busy for many wonderful years. 

During this time Deb has always had a passion for community involvement and enjoyed activities like coaching her daughter's softball team, teaching CCD at St. James and helping her son's Boy Scout troop as well as mentoring as a Big Sister. 

Since these years Deb has found that real estate fits her wonderfully outgoing personality, legal background, and love of service. Deb loves acting as a matchmaker of sorts by fitting people and homes together for over 25 years. Her clients rave about her high ethics, professionalism, attention to detail, and the sense of humor that bring the fun back to a sometimes stressful process. The amount of referrals Deb receives speak to her ability to take care of her clients as well as their friends and family. Deb is an active participant in various realtor organizations that allow her to provide unparalleled service and inventory access to all of her clients.
